Want to make your loan payment safely and conveniently? Mutual Savings Credit Union offers several ways you can make your loan payment.

Pay with Home or Mobile Banking

Conveniently make your loan payment from your Mutual Savings Credit Union account through our home and mobile banking application. For peace of mind, you can set up recurring payments. It’s easy to enroll, and you can download the MSCU Mobile Banking App from the Apple or Google Play Store.

Try Quick Pay.

If you want to make a loan payment, but you don’t have home banking with us, or you want to make your payment through another financial institution, you have options. Make your loan payments through Quick Pay and pay with your debit card or ACH. It will prompt you to establish a username and password after identity and account verification. You can establish recurring payments to make sure your loan payment is on time. Payments made before 1:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day.

Making a loan payment for a friend or family member?

Using Quick Pay, you can make a loan payment for a friend or family member. After verifying your identity, you can conveniently make a loan payment using your debit card or ACH. It’s quick and easy. You’ll need to verify information on the account holder.

*Members who call into the call center to make a loan payment will be charged a $5 fee.

If you’d like to set your loan payment up on payroll deduction, call the call center for assistance at 800-950-6728. They can email you the form to provide to your employer. Or, you can visit a convenient branch location and pay your loan in the branch. If you’d like to mail your loan payment, you can mail a check to P.O. Box 362045, Birmingham, AL 35236-2045.

Members who want to pay their loan balance in total should contact the credit union for the exact balance owed.
