Mutual Savings changed Home Banking and mobile apps. The old system was deactivated on 8/2/2021.
Details about Changing to the New System
Important: Register in new system.
All users need to re-register in the new system. Do that by clicking “Register” (the box highlighted in a green box below)
Will I need to change apps?
Yes, you will need to update your Mutual Savings app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play store depending on what kind of device you use.

What do I need to do to get setup on the new site?
All users need to register in the new site or app by clicking the Register button at login. Existing users on the old system can keep the same username, and it will be pre-populated in the form for your convenience.
The new system relies on email and text for authentication. Be sure your email and phone numbers are correct in the system. If you need assistance please contact member service.
After registering in the new system you will need to authenticate your device by email or text.
How can I tell if I’m using the old system or the new system?
The new app has a waterfall on the login screen. It looks like this (the left is iPhone iOS and right is Google Android):
If your login screen looks different, then you’re probably using the old app. Also the App is now named “Mutual Savings Mobile.” If your app has any other name then it is probably the old app.
The new online login screen looks like this:
Also the name in the URL field of your browser will be “https://online.mutualsavings.org/….” If it’s different then you are not on the correct site. The link on the homepage will always take you to the right site.
What happened to the PIN login feature?
The PIN feature has been replaced by biometric login. This can be configured in the “Where can I setup ‘biometric’ login” section below.
New System Features
How can I set up Alerts on my account?
Account Alerts are under “settings” page and the “alerts” section.
After confirming your contact info, in this system you subscribe to alerts, so you can setup alerts in the “subscriptions” tab. You can see a history of alerts in the “history” tab.
How can I view check images?
Check images for checks you’ve written are available by clicking on the transaction (listed by account or by search) and clicking the “Show” button by “Check Images” at the bottom-left section of the transaction detail.
Where can I make a comment while making a transfer?
The main screen transfer is intended to make a quick transfer with minimal input. To add a comment on the transfer, go to the “transactions” section and make a transfer there. The comment area is called “memo.”
Where can I setup ‘biometric’ login (thumbprint and facial recognition, etc.)?
Biometric login is only available on a mobile device.
After logging in, you can setup biometrics under “settings” in the “security” section. The configuration option will be available depending on the capabilities of your device.
Biometric login allows you to login by using your thumbprint or facial recognition (depending on the capabilities of your mobile device).
What is “Quick Balance”?
“Quick Balance” allows you to see your balances quickly and conveniently without logging in to the app. It can be displayed by clicking the “balances” button on the login screen. It can also be configured to show balances automatically upon app startup.
Note that proper phone security features (screen saver, etc.) should be in place if you don’t want others to be able to see your balance.
Where can I change Nicknames?
The ability to change nicknames is currently not available. The feature is being worked on for future release.
