A transaction could be denied for a number of reasons. However, the following are the most common: authorizations placed by the credit union and fraud auto blocks.
When contacted, the Transaction Assistance Line will verify the identity of the cardholder. Once the member’s identity is verified, the hold will be taken off and the transaction can be run again.
Note: Insufficient funds is not an exception. Funds must be available to complete the transaction.
