If you’ve used your Mutual Savings VISA debit card at an Arby’s restaurant between the dates of October 25, 2016 and January 19, 2017, there is the potential that your debit card may be a part of their data breach. Your personal information is safe but your debit card number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) may be compromised.

On your behalf we have issued you a new debit card. Your current debit card will still be available for use but with limited signature capabilities. For example, if your purchase is denied when running your transaction as a credit, ask the merchant to run your purchase as PIN-based transaction. If you encounter problems, please call us at 800-950-6728 to speak to a member service representative.

Once you receive your new debit card(s), follow the instructions to activate. For your security, your new PIN will be mailed separately. Please note, that if you have reoccurring charges on your debit card, be sure to update the merchant/provider with your new debit card number or it will be declined.
