ATM fee information

Mutual Savings Credit Union has ended its business relationship with the company that provided the free-standing ATMs positioned in Selma, Alabaster, Pelham and Alexander City. In order to continue providing a beneficial service to meet cash-on-the-go needs, MSCU would like to remind you of our foreign ATM fee reimbursement policy.

MSCU members can be reimbursed of any fees charged when making withdrawals from non-MSCU machines. You must have an active MSCU checking account and return ATM receipts to the address below within 12 months of the transaction.

Please clearly print your account number on each receipt that you submit. Once your receipt is received, the amount of the foreign ATM fee will b e deposited back into your MSCU checking account. With MSCU’s foreign ATM reimbursement policy, MSCU members can make ATM withdrawals from any machine without the concern of added charges.
